NEMG, a physician group affiliated with Yale New Haven Health, is set to use the space for additional medical offices, according to a press release. The 4,500 square foot building is located at 3010 Westchester Ave. in Purchase.
Glenn Walsh of Newmark Knight Frank represented the owners in the transaction and Kevin McCarthy of CBRE represented the tenant, according to the release.
"Northeast Medical Group is designed to provide excellence in medical care combined with compassion and sensitivity to the needs of patients," representatives said in the release. "They accomplish this by creating opportunities for enhanced collaboration, quality of care and physician alignment, all with the support and resources of Yale New Haven Health."
The Harrison Executive Medical Park is a 13-acre campus and is home to a number of medical practices, said Patricia Simone, Vice President of Leasing and Operations for Simone Health Care Development Group, in the release.
“Situated in the heart of Westchester’s Platinum Mile, it is the ideal location for today’s fast-growing medical practices, offering exceptional medical office space, first-class amenities and services and a location that’s convenient to major medical centers," Simone said in the release.
Nearby medical institutions include White Plains Hospital, New York-Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains, Greenwich Hospital and Westchester Medical Center.
