Street Works Development, the Port Chester based developers, behind the new Hamilton Green development at 200 Hamilton Ave., which will replace the White Plains Mall, made a presentation at a Common Council meeting this month as the city considers creating a new TD-1 Transit Zoning District for the development.

Hamilton Green would be a four building mixed-use development with two buildings 280 feet high and two buildings 120 feet high. The project would also feature 900 multi family residential units, a 42,000 square foot food and craft hall and 57,000 square feet of open space.
