HARRISON, N.Y. -- Photographer and environmentalist J. Henry Fair will deliver a presentation at the Harrison Library Wednesday on the effects of consumer society on the environment.
His presentation, "Industrial Scars: The Art of Environmental Pollution" will feature Fair's aerial photographs and documentary research. His photographs depict how the world's thirst for petroleum has an impact on the natural world.
Fair will present his talk and slide show at 7:30 p.m. at the Harrison Library, 2 Bruce Ave. It will be followed by a signing of his book "The Day After Tomorrow: Images of Our Earth in Crisis."
