Classic Rock And Elvis Tribute Acts Come To Harrison

HARRISON, N.Y. -- The Wanderers and Patrick Perone will be the performers this week in Harrison's free summer concert series.

The Wanderers will perform their classic rock tribute act in Harrison Wednesday. Elvis tribute performer Patrick Perone will perform Thursday.

The Wanderers are a rock and roll tribute band specializing in hits from the 1950s and '60s. They perform classic medleys from acts such as the Rolling Stones and Motown groups. Perone is an Elvis tribute artist. Since he started his act in 2007 he has recreated concerts by the King all over Westchester and the rest of New York.

The concert by the Wanderers will be held July 31 in Riis Park and Perone will perform Aug. 1 on the West Harrison Village Green. Both shows will begin at 7 p.m. The concerts are hosted by Harrison Recreation.
