HARRISON, N.Y. -- You can learn how to improve your health through meditation this week at a workshop at the Harrison Public Library .
Meditation for Healthy Living will be led by Andrew Vidich, an author, educator and inspirational speaker who has taught workshops on meditation all over the country. Through demonstrations he will teach participants techniques on how they can use meditation to reduce stress, improve concentration and promote greater physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
The workshop will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Harrison Public Library, 2 Bruce Ave.
