Carolyn M. Castiglione, former head medical records librarian at Greenwich Hospital, died Nov. 20. She was 93. Castiglione graduated from Greenwich High School and attended Columbia University.
She also worked for the American Enterprise Association. The Greenwich resident was an active member of St. Roch Church until she moved to Alford, Mass., in 1990.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Don; a daughter, Carolyn Hird, a granddaughter and a great-grandson. A Mass was held Nov. 29 at St. Roch Church. Memorial donations can be made to the Church.
