Arnulfo Capuli, a married technician who lives on Davis Drive, is being held on $250,000 bail in the county jail after being charged late last night with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual contact and child endangerment, among other counts, said county Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.
If he manages the make bail, Capuli must surrender his passport and not have any contact with the victim or the victim’s family.
Capuli, who was employed by Crestron Electronics Company in Rockleigh as a bench technician, has an initial appearance in Superior Court in Hackensack scheduled for Monday afternoon.
