Forms can be filled out in advance of registration. They can be found at eteamz.com/stratfordpopwarner. Make checks payable to Stratford Pop Warner. There is a $6 fee for credit card transactions. The fee for flag football and flag cheer is $90 before March 12 and $100 afterward.
Tiny, Junior, Senior Mite football and Mitey Mite cheer is $130 before March 12 and $150 afterward. Junior Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Junior Midget, Midlet and Unlimited football or cheer is $160 before March 12 and $180 afterward.
The full registration is due at sign-up time. Full payment is required at the time of registration. There are no payment plans or partial payments.
The season officially begins Monday, Aug. 1. Team placement is determined by the league. All participants must turn in a Pop Warner medical form or State of Connecticut physical form, and it must be signed by a doctor.
Also needed are end-of-year (June) report cards. New participants must provide their original birth certificate. A second registration will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 9 at Johnson School with regular pricing applied.
