Runners Crawl Through Mud For Westchester Medical Center

VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Runners crawled through mud, climbed over obstacles and met a whole host of challenges during Sunday's Evan Lieberman Westchester Medical Center Trauma Mud Run.

The race was held at Westchester Medical Center's campus in Valhalla. The race raised money for the Joel A. Halpern Regional Trauma Center & Burn Center.

Over 850 people participated this year, helping to raise more than $90,000 for the Trauma Center at Westchester Medical Center, according to WMC spokesperson David Billig.
