PURCHASE, N.Y. -- The Robert Rauschenberg 1970 "Current" series features six panels at the Neuberger Museum of Art in Purchase on the SUNY Purchase campus, according to the New York Times.
One of these is called “New Ritual Slayings,” and the screen print collage is a photo featuring a combat soldier next to a report of the 1968 My Lai massacre, the article says.
It is part of the "After 1965: Art in a Time of Social Unrest" exhibition of 30 paintings, photos, sculpture and mixed-media works running to March 16, according to the New York Times..
