Friday, Oct. 5

Senior Citizens Club: Noon to 3 p.m. The Harrison Senior Citizens Club will get together to discuss items of interest and play bingo. For more information, call 914-227-7088. Veterans Building, 210 Halstead Ave., Harrison.

Staying Connected with Your Teen: 10 a.m. to noon. This Harrison Youth Council-sponsored event will help Japanese parents stay connected with their teenagers. 2 Bruce Ave., Harrison.

Saturday, Oct. 6                 

Tail Waggin’ Tutors: 11 a.m. to noon. Kids of all ages have the chance to read to therapy dogs.  Harrison Public Library, 2 Bruce Ave., Harrison.

Sunday, Oct. 7

Worship at Harrison Presbyterian Church: 10 to 11:15 a.m. 181 Harrison Ave., Harrison.

New York Japan CineFest: 2 to 3 p.m. This event will feature director Kosuke Furukawa for a Q&A and his two short films. Harrison Public Library, 2 Bruce Ave., Harrison.
