Monday, July 30

Aquacise : 9:15 a.m. Aquacise classes take place at the Ron Belmont Pool in West Harrison. The fee is $75. Senior citizens get in free with a Harrison resident card.

Storyland: 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Children from three to five years old will read stories, listen to songs, and do plenty of other activities. Siblings are welcome at the Harrison Public Library event. 2 Bruce Ave., Harrison.

Mother Goose Time: 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Boys and girls three years old and younger, plus their siblings, can participate in this event at the West Harrison Library. 2 Madison St., West Harrison.

Open Play: 11 a.m. to noon. Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and children can meet up to cool off, play, read, and have fun at the West Harrison Library. 2 Madison St., West Harrison.

Tadpole Swimming Lessons : Noon to 12:30 p.m. The Harrison Recreation Department will offer swimming lessons for children ages 4 and 5 at the Ron Belmont Pool in West Harrison. Children will get eight lessons in the next month on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The fee is $80, payable to the town of Harrison. Passidomo Park, West Harrison.

You must pick up free tickets for the event in person at the Information Desk ahead of time. 2 Bruce Ave., Harrison.

Youth Adult Summer Reading Club: 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This reading club is for 13 to 17-year-olds. Participants will talk about books, write book reviews online, plus eat pizza and ice cream. The event will take place at the Harrison Public Library. 2 Bruce Ave., Harrison.

Concert in the Park : 7 p.m. A capella 50 and 60s band Magic Touch will perform at Ma Riis Park.
