HARRISON, N.Y. -- Allowable foods in the Harrison-based Can’t Lose Diet Fat Loss system might stun some people seeking to shed extra pounds this summer.
Can’t Lose Diet owner Pat Hall uses Resonant Frequency Technology as one of the key components to her program. The system is based on the premise that all substances have an ideal resonant frequency. If a person is allergic to a substance such as pollen, the cells of their body elicit a cellular response in the presence of pollen.
However, it has been shown that even without any pollen present, if the cells are exposed to the resonant frequencies of pollen, those cells will elicit the same response as if actually exposed to pollen.
The RF Technology Fat Loss Scan utilizes RF Technology to assess up to 2,200 factors for fat burning and fat metabolism to determine the precise "recipe" for what is needed to bring the body into optimal fat burning.
Hall then develops personalized "formulations" that detoxify the body and bring it into energetic and hormonal balance. When the formulas are placed in drinking water, there are no actual hormones or neurotransmitters present, but the body will elicit a response as if there were, putting it into a Fat-Burning Zone.
So what foods can a person on a diet eat? “Certain proteins, vegetables and fruits that promote fat-burning,” said Hall. “You would be surprised to find out what is NOT on the list!
"A meal consisting of grilled chicken breast and steamed broccoli would be perfect for almost any diet,’’ Hall said. “But that would not be acceptable for the Can't Lose program because broccoli is a hormone modulator that would pull dieters out of fat burning. On the Can't Lose plan, you can eat steak but you cannot eat broccoli because broccoli would pull you out of fat burning and steak would not.”
Turkey breast is acceptable in many weight loss programs. “Those programs do not get you into a fat burning state,’’ Hall said. ”On our plan, turkey is unacceptable because it has too much tryptophan, which can disrupt the neurotransmitters and pull you out of fat burning.”
Hall’s program stresses a low calorie diet, but it is also designed to provide the body with 2500 to 3000 calories of nourishment each day. “It's all about balancing hormones, neurotransmitters, detoxifying the body and balancing vitamins and minerals in a way to get you into an incredible fat-burning state,’’ Hall said. “And then eating foods that will not pull you out of fat burning.”
