Owner Pedro Munoz says he is re-branding and redesigning the eatery to reflect the Sapporo style -- think ramen with double and triple broths and price points in the $25 range.
"We wanted to create a more casual restaurant that attracts more families," he says. To that end there will be communal benches and a kids menu.
