Acuario is open for lunch Mondays through Fridays from noon to 3 p.m.; dinner, Mondays through Fridays from 5-10:30 p.m.; Saturdays from noon to 10:30 p.m.; and Sundays from noon to 8:30 p.m. Reservations accepted only for parties of five or more.
