The website, which says its goal is to share “bite-sized snacks of shareable information,” bases its surveys on “Friday Night Science – how’d you argue at a bar.”

It determined each town or city’s level of “boring” using data mostly about the age of their populations, overall population and the percentage of households with married couples or with children.

According to its findings, Briarcliff Manor with a population of 7,943 comes in as No. 1 "boring" place in New York state.

According to roadsnacks, the average age of Briarcliffians is 44.5, the percentage of married folks is 58.3, and the percentage of households with kids is 38.7.

Also in the top 10 are Rye Brook (2), Irvington (3) and Croton-on-Hudson (4), according to roadsnacks’ data.

Hastings-on-Hudson came in at No. 8.

Several other towns in Westchester were ranked beyond the Top 10.
