A man who won $7 million on a scratch-off ticket given to him by his wife will be identified Friday at the Hudson Valley gas station where she purchased the ticket
The lucky Westchester County winner won the top prize on the aptly named $7,000,000 Cash Blowout ticket, said New York Lottery officials.
The $25 ticket was purchased at the BP station at 155 S. Highland Ave., Ossining, and that's where the lottery's Yolanda Vega will present a large ceremonial check to the man at 1 p.m. Friday.
