Executive With Rye Bank Named To Guidance Center of Westchester Board

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- The Guidance Center of Westchester (TGCW) in Mount Vernon announced the election of three new directors to its board.

The new directors are Shaun Asbury, of TD Bank; Chris Avery, of Triangle Capital; and John Goldman, of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

As the vice president, Commercial Lending with TD Bank in Purchase, Asbury is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small business and commercial loans, serving customers throughout Westchester County. He is a resident of Manhattan.

Avery is a managing director with Triangle Capital LLC, a private investment banking firm that provides advisory services to middle-market clients on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, in New York City. He and his family live in Larchmont.

Goldman is a Commercial Real Estate/ Infrastructure senior associate with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City, where he handles complex acquisition, development, join venture, mergers and acquisitions, mortgage and mezzanine finance, restructuring, REIT and real estate fund transactions.Goldman and his family reside in Rye.
