Teresa Dunlop, 83, West Harrison Seniors Member

WEST HARRISON, N.Y. – Teresa E. Dunlop of West Harrison died May 27. She was 83.

She was born Oct. 22, 1928 in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. Dunlop worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. in New York City for 20 years before her retirement. She was also a member of the West Harrison Senior Citizens Center.

Dunlop is survived by five daughters, Rosaleen (Budd) Getch, of Vermont, Florence Dunlop, of Queens, N.Y., Arlene Dunlop, of Long Island, N.Y., Carole Dunlop, of Long Island and Joanna DeNicola, of West Harrison; a son, Donald (Joanne) Dunlop, of Georgia; two sisters, Mary and Flora; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Michael.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at McMahon, Lyon and Hartnett Funeral Home in White Plains. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Anthony of Padua Church in West Harrison. Burial will follow at St. Charlie's Cemetery in Farmingdale, N.Y.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
