WEST HARRISON, N.Y. Vincent Montanti of West Harrison died April 14. He was 85.
He was born June 16, 1926, in New York City, to the late Luciano and Giuseppa (Iannuzzo) Montanti. For many years, Montanti worked as a machinist for Otis Elevator Co. in Yonkers.
Montanti is survived by his wife Gloria (Masucci) Montanti; two sons, Lucian Montanti and Ettore Montanti; two daughters, Jo-Anne Montanti and Maria Montanti; a sister-in-law, Lena Montanti; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Matteo Montanti.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday at Coxe and Graziano Funeral Home in Mamaroneck. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Most Holy Trinity Church in Mamaroneck. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
