Coney Island Group Makes Pitch To Run Rye Playland

RYE, N.Y. – Italy-based Zamperla SpA and members of its subsidiary, Central Amusement International LLC, based in Boonton, N.J., addressed Rye residents at the Rye Free Reading Room on Monday, Oct. 20, regarding Rye Playland, reports the Westchester County Business Journal.

Central Amusement International LLC has also managed Coney Island since 2010 – a park similar to Rye Playland – with aging and deteriorating rides and buildings, a project including updates and restoration, according to the report.
