WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - Republican and Conservative candidate for county legislator, District 6 David Gelfarb didn't waste any time letting his constituents know who he was. In light of election results claiming Dan Brakewood the Democratic primary winner, Gelfarb released a statement contrasting the candidates.
"I know Mr. Brakewood and I can tell you he is a worthy and articulate opponent," Gelfarb said. "I am looking forward to a campaign based strictly on the issues. There are major differences between us in that regard."
District 6 represents Harrison, Rye and Port Chester in the county legislature.
