HARRISON, N.Y. – The Sundown Band concert scheduled for Thursday night has been postponed due to an inclement weather forecast for Harrison and the rest of Westchester County.
It has been rescheduled for Sunday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Village Green.
“I’d rather see these guys on a nice sunny day because they’re going to draw a very large crowd,” said Dave Franze, who organized the concert.
The Southern rock band impressed Franze at a February concert in New York City.
“The energy, musicianship, and the perfect rendition of each song” were impressive, he said.
“I've seen Sundown three or four times since their kickoff concert, and they seem to get tighter as the year goes on,” said Franze. “I personally can't wait for this concert.”
