HARRISON, N.Y. - The Harrison League of Women Voters will host an open discussion Thursday featuring Rye Mayor Douglas H. French and City Manager Scott D. Pickup.
The discussion will be held at noon on Sept. 15 at the Harrison Public Library, located at 2 Bruce Ave. Reservations are required.
