Harrison Police Cite Four on Marijuana Violations

HARRISON, N.Y. – Harrison Police cited four people for unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

- Harrison Police arrested a 30-year old-man from Harrison on March 18 at 12:59 p.m. at the intersection of West Street and Park Avenue. The police report said that the arresting officer found a glass pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana lying on the passenger seat. The man then turned over two clear plastic baggies containing marijuana.

- A 24-year-old man was arrested at 9:13 p.m. at 180 Halstead Ave. According to the police report, the arresting officer found marijuana under the seat of the man’s motor vehicle.

- Harrison Police arrested a 38-year-old man from White Plains on March 21 at 12:59 a.m. at the intersection of Underhill Avenue and Main Street. The police report said that the arresting officer found a marijuana cigarette on the floor in front of the passenger seat of the man’s motor vehicle.

- A 20-year-old man from Harrison was arrested on March 22 at 8:13 p.m. at the intersection of Grove Street and Sunnyhill Drive. According to the police report, after being pulled over by police, the man turned over a Newport cigarette pack with a marijuana cigarette inside of it.
