HARRISON, N.Y. A Harrison resident was arrested last week after police found he had marijuana and pills inside his car, according to reports released Monday.
Thomas Cerillo, 20, was stopped by police after police said he was seen suspiciously parked on Castle Brooke Road with a passenger inside his car near 12:40 p.m. on Jan. 24. During the traffic stop, police said officers found marijuana residue and a further investigation led to the discovery of small pills of Ritalin and Adderall inside the car.
The West Harrison man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He and his passenger were both processed and released by Harrison police.
He is due in court to face the charges on March 6.
