Harrison Town Justice Faces DWI Charges

HARRISON, N.Y. – Harrison Town Justice Marc Lust was charged with DWI on Friday, Dec. 19 after hitting a car in Manhattan, reports lohud.

According to police, Lust, 63, hit a car at approximately 5:15 p.m. after leaving a Christmas party Dec. 19, knocking the bumper off the other car. He then drove away and stopped a block later. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired and leaving the scene of an accident, according to the report.

The report also states his license was suspended pending a DMV hearing next month for refusing a breath test.
