Hutchinson Work In Pelham Manor Expected To Be Completed Saturday

PELHAM MANOR, N.Y. - Work on the Hutchinson River Parkway is on schedule, the state Department of Transportation said, and is expected to be completed by Saturday.

Disassembly on the bridge deck over Boston Post Road is nearing completion, the DOT reported.

Construction will continue around the clock to complete the project for road reopening on Saturday, Aug. 10, the agency said.

The work began Tuesday and has caused delays around the area. Boston Post Road (Route 1) is being detoured and Hutchinson River Parkway traffic has been maintained by diverting through traffic onto the existing exit/entrance ramps.
