Update:

The two infants that were taken by their teenage mothers early Saturday morning in upstate New York and believed to be in danger, prompting a statewide alert, were located Saturday afternoon in New York City.

Shortly after noontime, police said that the infants and their mothers were found safe at an undisclosed location in the city.

Original report:

New York state officials issued a missing child alert on Saturday across 38 counties including Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess and Orange counties for two baby girls, ages three months and 29 days old.

Police inĀ Cattaraugus County called it a family abduction.

Police were looking for a 2007 Honda Civic with the New York license plate HDL6588, possibly destined for Long Island.

The 29-day-old child is a black female baby named Londyn Richardson and she reportedly went missing from Salamanca earlier Saturday.

Londyn is reportedly with her mother, Keshauna Boggs, and is believed to be endangered, police said. She was last seen on East State Street in the city of Salamanca at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18. Boggs has black hair with orange dyed tips. They may be traveling to South Beach or Bayshore, N.Y., in Suffolk County, police said.

Malani Ventura is a 3-month-old missing child who is with her mother, Selena Ventura and also is believed to be endangered. She also was last seen on East State Street in the city of Salamanca, N.Y., about 6:30 a.m. on Saturday.

If you see the Honda or the mothers involved in the suspected abduction, you are asked to call Salamanca City Police Department at (716) 945-2330 or 911.
