KZA Realty Group Expands with Harrison Office

HARRISON, N.Y. - President and Owner of KZA Realty Group Kathy Zamechansky announced this week that her firm has arrived in Harrison and is open for business.

The New York City-based commercial real estate brokerage and development consulting firm opened a new office at 600 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison, adding to KZA's current office in the Bronx. The addition will provide Westchester clients with quicker access to commercial planning, project management and community and government relations.

"Our team also has extensive experience in finance, marketing, and communications," Zamechansky said. "I have 35 years of experience in the real estate industry that have helped me build successful relationships that focus on client service and results."

Zamechansky started KZA Realty Group in 1998. Until recently, she also worked as the Executive Vice President of NAI Friedland Realty and Partner in KZA/Friedland Development Consulting Services, a full-service real estate consulting firm, since 2004.

She recently brokered a number of transactions in the Bronx, including the 11,500-square-foot Brightside Academy, the sale of the DMV building to the V.I.M. jeans and sneaker retailer, as well as the Walgreens at 1800 Williamsbridge Rd. and Dollar Tree at 1334 Louis Nine Blvd.

Zamechansky currently lives in the Bronx and is a member of several community and business organizations, including the Board of Governors of the Bronx, the Manhattan Board of Realtors, the Board of Directors of the New Bronx Chamber of Commerce, the Harlem Business Alliance, and the Board of Directors of the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation. The Bronx Times Reporter named her as one of 2009’s 25 Most Influential Women.
