MAMARONECK, N.Y. The first phase of the Town of Mamaroneck's property reassessment project continues in the area bordering Scarsdale, according to the town's website.
The town hired GAR Associates to conduct the property reassessment project, which began Dec. 19. Appraisers began the data collection process in the northwest area of the town Jan. 10 and will be knocking on your door in the coming days and weeks if you live on one of the following streets:
Adrian Circle Barnwall Lane Bobby Close Bruce Road Carol Lane Carriage House Lane Championship Drive Doris Road Fairway Drive Gate House Lane Griffen Avenue Jenny Close Katie Lane Kolbert Drive Magnetti Circle Marbourne Drive Old White Plains Road Prince Willow Lane Salem Drive Stonewall Lane Wagon Wheel Road Wellhouse Close Wesley Avenue
GAR Associates staff members, who all will have photo identification on them during their field inspections, will ask to look inside your home. If residents refuse or are not home, they will perform an exterior inspection, including measurements and taking photographs.
