Metro-North Adjusts Commute Service After Valhalla Train/SUV Collision

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Metro-North has announced that Harlem Line service is suspended between North White Plains and Pleasantville after the fatal accident in which a train struck a Jeep in the vicinity of Valhalla Tuesday evening.

Shuttle train service will be operating between Grand Central Terminal and North White Plains, and between Pleasantville and Southeast.

Limited shuttle bus service will be operating between North White Plains and Pleasantville.

Customers should expect longer travel times and listen for service announcements at Harlem Line stations and monitor mta.info.
