WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Metro-North will operate more than 98 percent of regular Hudson Line service in time for Wednesday's morning commute after one track has been returned to service following the fatal train derailment near Spuyten Duyvil in the Bronx on Sunday.

Some trains will be combined and customers should expect scattered delays.
