New Local Gallery to Feature Grozinger's Work

HARRISON, N.Y. - The work of local artist Doreen Grozinger will be on display Saturday afternoon when the new Heaven Colors Art Gallery shows her work in downtown Harrison.

The gallery is located at 245 Harrison Ave., where Cancro Construction used to be. The exhibit is titled "All you need is love...Mandalas for love and healing" and will run from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Refreshments will also be available.

"Mandala is a sanskrit word, meaning circle or sacred circle and is a form of art used for meditation and healing," Grozinger said of the work.

The work consists of acrylic paintings and framed altered prints and original handmade cards.
