New Paintings on Display at Harrison Library

HARRISON, N.Y. - The Harrison Council for the Arts presented "Daisy - Marguerite" paintings by Benoit Bussiere at the Harrison Public Library this week.

The work will be on display at 2 Bruce Ave. through Oct. 7.

Benoit Bussiere lives and works in Croton-on-Hudson and has worked as a professional artist since 1986, when he started without any formal education. In 1991, Benoit moved to New York City so he could learn from the works of old masters and meet the new generation of working artists.

Benoit has exhibited extensively in New York and Canada. He is also a member of ArtsWestchester.

The exhibit may be viewed Monday and Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, and Thursday through Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m.
