WEST HARRISON, N.Y. A woman was rushed to White Plains Hospital Tuesday afternoon following a two-car collision at the intersection of Park Avenue and Grant Street around 2:15 p.m.
The woman, whose name was not released, was headed eastbound up a hill on Grant Avenue in a gray Acura TSX while a man was traveling downhill southbound on Park Avenue in a red Ford Focus, according to West Harrison Assistant Fire Chief Michael Pellegrino. The man had stopped at a stop sign but his vision was blocked by a parked car, Pellegrino said, and he proceeded to hit the womans vehicle on the drivers side door.
