SILVER SPRINGS, Fla. -- Angelina (Angie) Tucci, formerly of West Harrison, died Saturday, Jan. 17 in Silver Springs, Fla. She was 99.
She was born April 10, 1915 in Brooklyn, to Theresa Spadafora and Americo Vincinanza. She married James V. Tucci on Oct. 12, 1940.
She is survived by her sons, James V. (Rose Ann) Tucci, Jr., and Frank (Joelle) Sparacia; her caring sisters; daughters-in-law; 13 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Michaelangelo Furcola; her sons, Peter and William; her daughter, Joan Chalmers; a sister; a brother; and two grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation to celebrate her life will be Saturday, Jan. 31, from 3-7 p.m. at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home, 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains.
