HARRISON, N.Y. -- Anthony F. Fedele, of West Harrison, died Oct. 11. He was 88.
He was born in New Rochelle, N.Y. His parents are the late John and Julia Fedele.
Fedele served in the U.S> Army Air Corp from 1945-47. In 1953, he married Louise Eye. He worked for the highway department for the Village of Ardsley for more than 20 years, retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Ardsley American Legion. He also was a craftsman, photographer and cook.
Besides his wife Louise of West Harrison, he is survived by his children, Toni Fedele of Scarsdale and his daughter Julie and husband Ralph Forgione of West Harrison. Also surviving are his grandchildren Jessica, Lindsey, Dale, Shayna and Alexa and his three great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his children James Fedele and Lillian Williams and his sisters, Rose Carlini and Ann Fedele.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett, 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains. A Mass of Christian burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 85 Harrison St., West Harrison.
