HARRISON, N.Y. Anthony Nicosia of Harrison, formerly of White Plains, died Aug. 22. He was 50.
Nicosia was born July 20, 1960, in White Plains to Frank and Rosalia Marchetta Nicosia. He worked as an electrician and enjoyed traveling, cooking and sports. He loved spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Frank; six siblings, Joe, Nina, Sal, Anna, Josephine and Frank Jr.; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Rosalia; and a sister, Marie.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at McMahon, Lyon and Hartnett Funeral Home in White Plains. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in White Plains. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
