HARRISON, N.Y. Hanora "Nora" Killeen Donnellan, a former West Harrison resident, died Friday, Oct. 12. She was 89.
She was born March 25, 1923, in Newcastle West, Limerick, Ireland, to Michael and Hannah Killeen. She married Alfred Donnellan on May 20, 1950, at St. Jerome's Church in the Bronx. Donnellan and her husband raised their family in West Harrison. After her husband's death in 2010, she moved to Yorktown Heights to live with her daughter.
Donnellan is survived by a daughter, Noreen; three sons, Alfred (Rosella) Donnellan of Armonk, Sean (Claudia) Donnellan of Lagrangeville, N.Y., and Kevin (Josephine) Donnellan of North Brunswick, N.J.; two brothers, Patrick and Michael Killeen; and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Michael; and two brothers, Edward and John.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Monday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Yorktown Funeral Home handled arrangements.
