Rev. Frank J. Stagno Jr., 73, Harrison Resident

HARRISON, N.Y. – The Rev. Frank J. Stagno Jr. of Harrison died Sunday, March 6. He was 73.

He was born Feb. 26, 1943, to Frank and Bertha Stagno. He served in the Air National Guard. He was the proprietor of S&S Auto Body in Harrison. He was the pastor of Trinity Assembly of God Church in Mamaroneck and was also the owner of The Hot Dog Hut on Harrison Avenue. He was a 50-year member of the Harrison Fire Department, where he served as a volunteer, captain and chaplain.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy; his children, Mary Dorothy Dentice (Frank), Sally Stagno and Caesar Stagno; three grandchildren; and his brother, Donald Stagno.

He was predeceased by his son, John Anthony Stagno.

Family and friends will gather Tuesday, March 8, from 4-8 p.m. at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 767 E. Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck. A service will be held at the funeral home Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment at Greenwood Union Cemetery.
