Authorities Seek Harrison Woman On Hypodermic Instrument Possession Charge

SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- The Putnam County sheriff is asking the public to help authorities locate a suspect wanted on charges of possessing a hypodermic instrument, police said.

Lucy C. Schafrann, 26, of Harrison, was the subject of a bench warrant issued in February in the Town of Southeast Court.

Schafrann has brown hair and brown eyes, and weighs about 120 pounds police said.

Police are asking anyone with any information about Schafrann’s whereabouts to contact the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department at (845) 808-4357.
