Harrison Police Charge Three Men With Petty Larceny, Stolen Property

MAMARONECK, N.Y. – Town of Mamaroneck Police said they apprehended three men on Wednesday afternoon in connection to a larceny at a CVS in Harrison.

Kaliek Brown, 28, of Walden, N.Y. and Juan Davis, 50, and Harvey Russell, 49, both from Queens were charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a class E felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor, stemming from an incident on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m., police said.

Harrison Police Chief Anthony Marraccini said the trio’s vehicle was positively identified in the CVS parking lot in Mamaroneck where officers made the arrest. Marraccini said the suspects stole items of "high value" including razor blades and Crest White Strips, which they planned to sell for profit. Marraccini said that they robbed a CVS in Rye Brook first, then one in Harrison, before their arrest in Mamaroneck.

Harrison Police made another arrest on Monday at approximately 11 a.m. in the parking lot of CVS in Harrison located at 270 Halstead Ave. Harrison Police Lt. Michael Olsey said that Dijon Herbert, 20, of the Bronx tried to pay for items with a stolen credit card. When police arrived, Olsey said Herbert fled out the back door where a struggle ensued before police were able to subdue and arrest him.

Herbert was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a stolen credit card, a class E felony, assault in the second degree, a class D felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a forged instrument, a D felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
