HARRISON, N.Y. Harrison Police issued two motor vehicle summonses last week to people driving with suspended licenses.
The first one was given to a 43-year old man from Stamford, Conn. on July 10 at 1:52 p.m. on Westchester Avenue. The police report said that the driver was pulled over after the arresting officer saw him speaking on a cell phone while driving. Upon checking the man's license, the arresting officer discovered that he had 15 parking violations on six separate dates that were never paid. The man is charged with driving with a suspended license.
On July 10 at 10:11 p.m. police issued a summons to a 27-year-old man from Mount Vernon at the intersection of Westchester Avenue and Kenilworth Road. The police report said that the man was pulled over for not activating his turn signal. A DMV check showed that the man was driving with a suspended license for failure to answer a summons.
