Harrison Police Open House Includes Fire, Diving Displays

HARRISON, N.Y. -- The Harrison Police Department will host its annual Open House from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday at police headquarters.

The event at 650 North St. will offer attendees the chance to learn about the department's special services and will feature a number of officials from the Harrison, Purchase and West Harrison fire departments and Harrison Emergency Medical Services.

Officers from the Mount Pleasant Police Department's Scuba/Dive Team will be on hand along with officers from the Westchester County Aviation and Hazardous Devices units. New York State troopers also will be featured, displaying their motor vehicle roll cage and dive tank.

The Harrison Patrolmen's Benevolent Association will serve hotdogs, popcorn and soda at no cost. All are welcome. For more information, call 914-967-5111.
