WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The New York State Police released the results from a DWI detail conducted throughout Westchester County on Sunday, Dec. 1.
Nicholas A. Barbera, age 24, from Hawley, Pa., was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs as well as unlawful possession of marijuana in the Town of Bedford, according to police officials.
Barbera is shceduled to appear in court on Thursday, Dec. 19, state police said.
In addition to the DWAI arrest, State Police also issued five speeding violations, one seatbelt ticket and 11 other traffic violations, according to State Police.
