Woman Accused Of Stealing Credit Cards From Car At Long Island Fitness Center

An alert has been issued from the Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives as they attempt to locate a woman who allegedly stole credit cards from a parked car at a West Babylon gym.

Investigators released surveillance photos of a woman with dyed blue hair who allegedly stole car keys from a locker at Crunch Fitness on Little East Neck Road at approximately 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 7.

Police said that the woman proceeded to unlock a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, stole a wallet that contained cash and credit cards, then used one of the cards at CVS and Stop & Shop in West Babylon.

A reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest has been offered by the Suffolk County Crime Stoppers. Anyone with information regarding the woman’s whereabouts, or who recognizes her, has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or texting “SCPD” and the message to 274637.
