40 Purchase College Students Help Clean Rye Sanctuary

PURCHASE, N.Y. -- Forty students from the Introduction to Environmental Science class at Purchase College recently participated in the International Coastal Cleanup at the Edith G. Read Wildlife Sanctuary in Rye.

The students recovered more than 200 pounds of trash from the beach.
