HARRISON, N.Y. -- Fifty-six seniors graduated from the School of the Holy Child in its 106th commencement exercises Sunday, June 12 at the campus in Harrison.

Head of School William C. Hambleton commended the students for their exemplary accomplishments saying, “Graduates, as you know, wisdom, confidence and friendship are qualities that we embrace and foster at School of the Holy Child."

"It has been a privilege for this community to witness you demonstrate those qualities in every aspect of your lives. We are excited to watch you bring those qualities into the world," Hambleton said.

The graduates, including a National Merit Scholarship winner, will attend colleges and universities across the United States and abroad, including Columbia, Duke, Georgetown, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Michigan and University of Notre Dame.

A 1976 graduate, Sharon Treacy Driscoll, delivered the commencement address. Driscoll is Chief Marketing Officer for Client Segments at IBM, and has held several executive roles at IBM.

"You never truly find yourself. You define your self worth. Faith matters," she told the graduates.
