HARRISON, N.Y. - Former President of HBO Sports Ross Greenburg will be the keynote speaker in the area's only sports business career fair being hosted at Manhattanville College Friday. The school's graduate and professional studies sport business management program helped plan the fair, which will focus on helping anyone interested in joining the profession.
"The annual sports business career fair has become the place where students can connect with hiring managers from many organizations in the sports industry, including teams, leagues, agencies or associations," David Torromeo, director of the sport business management program, said. "The students who have attended in years past have had tremendous success and our exhibitors, like ESPN, USTA, New York Islanders and others look forward to being here."
The Career Fair will be held on Nov. 18, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Manhattanville College, Reid Castle. Admission is free. For more information or to sign up, residents can call (914) 694-3425 or email gps@mville.edu.
